El anfitrión oficial del Congreso es el Departamento de Administración de la Facultad de Economía, de la Sapienza University of Rome.
WOSC, como organización mundial, invita a científicos, responsables políticos, profesionales, profesores y estudiantes de todo el mundo para contribuir al debate de las dinámicas que sustentan los problemas sociales contemporáneos desde una perspectiva ciber- sistémica.
La construcción de la agenda ha sido altamente participativa; Se han hecho esfuerzos para apoyar la diversidad dentro de la temática de la ciencia compartida con y para la sociedad, en particular, se centrará en los desafíos del siglo 21.
